Join us at our scheduled trash cleanups in public spaces! We have different levels and types of cleanups. Sometimes, this includes offering a helping hand to those in need. We love seeing new faces with our friendly group of volunteers. It is a rewarding experience. To learn more about litter picks, click the button below:

Prior to attending a cleanup event, all volunteers must review and complete the Volunteer Release and Waiver of Liability form. The form will be emailed to you once completed.

- Become a High Impact Volunteer! We understand trash cleanups are not for everyone, so we have other ways to volunteer! High Impact Volunteers may be board members, social media experts or other impactful roles.
2. Share Your Superpowers
- Vote (especially in the Seattle area elections)!
- Provide pro-bono services
- Participate in advocacy
- Offer nonprofit wisdom
- Spread the word by sharing WHS’ work
3. Share Your Connections
- Connect WHS to your business and/or friend circles
- Invite WHS to speak at your next club or corporate event
- Ask your employer to organize a WHS litter pick as a team-building activity
